He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Del Refugio and Jose Gabriel Moreno (California); and his sisters, Delia Reyes (California) and Maria Moreno (California). He is survived by: his wife Maria Elisa Moreno; and his sons, Elias Moreno Jr. (Dena) of Yakima and Rev. Eliseo Moreno (Teresa). He is also survived by his wife, four children, ten grandchildren.
