He was predeceased by: his son Steven Rowland; his parents, Francis Rowland and Agnes Rowland; and his brother John Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Lea Rowland of Zillah; his children, Tom Rowland (Cindy) of Zillah and Janet Foster (Danny) of Washburn, N. D.; and his daughter-in-law Laurie Rowland of Zillah. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
