She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Hawkins; her sister Anita Gould; and her parents, Esther Lee and Edwin Lee. She is survived by: her children, Dustin, Devin Hawkins, Shannon Boitano and Mary West. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
