He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Talkington and Rosemary Gould (Benge); and his siblings, Leland and Karen Talkington. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Seargeant; his siblings, Kenneth (Jennifer), Mary Ruth, Faye (Charlie), Toni and Lela; his children, Laurance, Natisha and Zandra (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Brian, Hunter, Ivy and Julie.
