He was predeceased by : his parents, James Burton Sr. (Jim) and Carrie Burton (Sauve); and his brother Jake. He is survived by : his wife Darlene (Wart); his brother Jarvis (Becky); his daughters, Angie and Cheryl (Bob); his grandchildren, Ashley, Stephany (Andrew), Kane (Taylor), Brittany (Andres), Wade, Emily and Casey Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Ethan, Cloe, Lane, Loudyn, Lyndee and Emersyn. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Keith & Keith Funeral Home (902 W Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98902).
