She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Gasperetti and Mario Gasperetti; and her husband Kenneth Lemke. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Lemke and Katherine Kloster (Jerry); her brother John Mario Gasperetti (Brad Patterson); her grandchildren, Ryan Moore and Nicole Herzog (Scott); and her great grandchild Amelia Moore.
In lieu of flowers, Jean wishes for donations to be made to the Yakima Humane Society.
