He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Maggard (Mollett); his grandparents, Harry, Crystal Mollett (Shepherd), Edgar, Elsie Maggard and Lacy Eslick; his stepmother Patricia Maggard (Kilpatrick); his sister Kristy Marie Maggard; his aunts and uncles, Faye Robison, Leona Graf, Clifton "Bud" Maggard, Richard Mollett, Don Mollett and Wayne Mollett; and his cousins, Randy Mollett and Timothy Graudins.
He is survived by: his brother James "Jim"; his father H. E. "Jerry" Maggard; his stepsiblings, James "Jim" Maggard (Billie Anne), Dan Kinley (Stephanie), Dustin Kinley (Amber) and Breezi Elyea; his stepchildren, Melissa Maggard, Marcus Maggard (Janell), Julia Jones (Tony), Jay Younker (Jennifer) and Michael Younker (Sherrie); his grandchildren, Brendan, Maximus, Jaxxon, Hunter, Caruso, Sawyer, Elisabeth, Nathan, Joey, Jesse, Jedidiah and Charlyne Younker; his close friends, Steve Kastl and Perry Hursh; and his pet Jimi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; his children.
