With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Marie Schuler (Yakima, Washington), who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schmitz and Florence Schmitz; her brother Ronald Schmitz; her parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Schuler; her sister-in-law Maryann Schuler; her niece Michelle Schuler; and her brother-in-law Tony Eldred.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Lisa Youngblood (Gene), Chris Schuler (Sandy) and Tara Tillett (Kurt); her grandchildren, Karli Stone, Kyle Stone, Eric Stone, Jason Schuler, Allison Higginbotham, Shane Tillett and Cain Tillett; and her nephew Kirk Schmitz.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keith & Keith Funeral Home (902 W Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98902). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at the Lourdes Catholic Church (1107 W Fremont Ave, Selah, WA 98926).
