He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer and Eda Hyde Hendricks; his former wife Mary; his son Wayne; and his brothers, Shelden, Lynald and Lewellyn.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Hendricks of Yakima; his siblings, Cleo Hendricks (Connie) of Cashmere and Clarice Steiner of Vancouver; his siblings' children, Janet Apken (Dennis) of Yakima, Karl Hendricks (Jana) of Yakima, Kevin Hendricks (Janel) of Kennewick, Julie DeSanti (Scott) of Utah, Gary Hendricks (Kristin) of Bellevue and Lane Hendricks (Roxcy) of California; his stepson Micah Dunstan (Dollie) of Yakima; and his grandchildren, Chris, Laurie, Kaelin, Matt, Kurt, Kasey, Kelly, Beth, Spencer, Courtney, Kenton, Brynna, Emily, Mary, Will, Joci, Holden, Alice, Tad, Rose, Eli, Sariah, Abbi and Luke. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren.
