She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Busch and Ella Busch; her sister Sharon Van Wagoner; and her great grandchild Xavier Orion. She is survived by: her husband Robert Couchman; her children, Matthew Couchman (Angela), Julia Couchman (Brandon) of Yakima and Edward Couchman of Chandler; her grandchildren, Kody, Myekayla, Cameron, Jeramiah, Ryllyn and Jaxen; her great grandchild Amariah; and her siblings, Rhonda Gehlen (Joe), Walter Busch (Jim) and Gail Jacobson (Keith).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, or her favorite charities, American Cancer Society, Love Inc, and Cottage in the Meadow. Memorial donations may be sent in care of Brookside Funeral Home (PO Box 1267, Moxee, WA 98936), who is caring for the family.
