With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Carolyn Thompson of Yakima, Washington, born in Perkins, West Virginia, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Edward Thompson (Tommy); her parents, Salathial Wise and Tressa Moore of Oberlin; and her siblings, S. Wise Moore Jr., Larry Moore, Elsie Balogh and Connie Kudella.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Thompson (Jeanie) of Maple Valley, Washington, Shelly Butterfield of Tacoma, Laura Weinfurtner (Jeff) of Spokane and Donna Brown (Kirby) of Leavenworth, Kansas; her grandchildren, Summer, Brett, Jason, John, Camden, David and Mallory; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Adrian, Charlie, Benjamin, Hayden, Kennedy, Kynleigh and Olivia; and her great great grandchildren, Sonia, Liam, Laila and Cameron. She is also survived by her children, their spouses, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
