It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillips Allen Noyes Jr. (Yakima, Washington), who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillips A. Noyes and Florence Noyes (Bowen); and his siblings, Edward, Donald and Elizabeth.

He is survived by : his children, Phil III, Richard Noyes (Linda) and Debby Gatchel (Clay); his grandchildren, Craig Noyes, Brook Gatchel, Ukiah Gatchel, Stacey Noyes and Jennifer Swatzell; and his great grandchildren, Michael Noyes, Huck Olney, Phoebe Swatzell, Kaitlyn Gatchel and Jason Gatchel (Hanna).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Yakima Harman Senior Center (101 N 65th Ave, Yakima, WA 98908).
