He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean Journagan; his son William Jr. (Beverly); his grandchildren, William Brock of Yakima and Emily Splawn of Yakima; and his siblings, Ben Splawn (Patty), Cecile Splawn, Juanita Mellum of Spokane and David Melero (Derry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
