She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Cook and Lorraine Cook; and her husband William C. Mattox. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Allen (Ron), Carol Wood (Dan), David Gulas (Bobbi) and Jennnifer Gulas-Schultz; her grandchildren, Danielle Baughman (Mark), Christopher Collins (Allexys Meyers), Victoria Collins (Kainen Dyer), Mikayla Trzesniak (Cole) and Chase Gulas; her great grandchildren, Ezra Sasser, Harper Baughman and Baby Collins (Chris); and her siblings, Carol Cook, Bob Cook (Rose) and Bill Cook (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and treasured friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church (511 W Lake St, Friendship, WI 53934). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sharon's memory.
