She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Matter and Anna Matter (Broetzmann); her husband Clarence Otto Neumann; and her son Jeffrey Neumann. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Bollow (Fred) of Whitefish Bay, Valerie Schmitt (Andrew) of Adell, Lynn Bridwell (Steve) of Oshkosh and Kurt Neumann (Bonnie) of Random Lake; her grandchildren, Aaron Schmitt, William Bollow (Kimberly), Elizabeth Bollow, Nicholas Bollow, Calli Neumann, Thomas Neumann, Garrett Neumann and Sophia Bridwell; her great grandchild Maverick Otto Neumann; Caden, Lulu and Kylee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Leona's name.
