Waters of Alma Center; her sister Dorothy King (Finn); her brother-in-law Peter King; her parents, Sam Finn and Mabel Finn; her parents-in-law, Dana and Myrtle Waters (Lane); her sibling's children, Casey Jay Doherty and Kimberly Kay Finn; and her sister-in-law Sue Finn (Hagen).
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Ann, George Alvin and George Finn of Ojai, CA; her children, Mary Waters of Geneva, IL, John Waters (Vickie) of Greenwood, WI, Dan Waters (Gina) of Osseo, WI and Ned Waters (Annamarie) of Winter Garden, FL; her grandchildren, Sara Olson (Jake) of Rhinelander, WI, Erin Kuchera (Dustin), Nathan Waters of Scottsdale, AZ, Amanda, Brianna Waters of Winter Garden, FL, Sam Waters of Eau Claire, WI and Ellie Waters of Minneapolis, MN; her siblings' children, Michael Finn and Kelly Hofmeister (Finn) of Ojai, CA; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Mae and Scarlett Kate Olson of Rhinelander, WI.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of Rosemary's life is postponed to a time and place to be announced in 2021.
