The memory of Philip LaMere of Amery, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon LaMere and Marion LaMere (Pearson); his siblings, Lynus, Lorraine "Bud", LeRoy, Donald, Virgil and Ione Kantke; and his grandson Taylor Dayton.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Bazey; his children, Richard Foudray (Nancy) of Winchester, IN, Teresa Frank of Amery, Lynn Dayton of Amery and Philip LaMere II (Juanita) of Amery; his grandchildren, Lori Newcomb, Katherine Burger, David Frank, Chaz Dayton, Arianne Banitt, Amanda Kohllman, Matthew LaMere and Michael LaMere; his great grandchildren, Lindsey, Madison, Keelan, Tommy, Vivian, Bennett, Cooper, Cameron, Harper, Theo, Marshal, Magnolia, Ernest and Lucas; his close friend Carl Frank of Osceola; and his grandsons, Mike and Matt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Skinner Funeral Homes - Turtle Lake (260 Industrial Blvd, Turtle Lake, WI 54889). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1251 70th St, Amery, WI 54001).
