She was predeceased by: her parents, Arno Mueller and Lorena Mueller; and her husband John Shelley. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Shelley, Linda Martell (Jim), Cynthia Neill (Brian) and Pamela Ploeger (Jeff); her grandchildren, Scott Harsh (Lami), Mike Harsh (Erin), Mackenzie Allemann, John Martell (Casey), Joy Hill (Brett), Brenton Martell (Alex Oxyer), Tanya Styczynski (Kyle), Erin Ploeger (Josh Leake) and Justine Ploeger; and her sister Arlene Kerstner. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Altoona Methodist Church (428 1st St W, Altoona, WI 54720). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Rest Haven Cemetery (5750 Old Town Hall Road, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701).
