He is survived by: his wife Geneva; his children, Naomi Barthelemy (John) of Tampa, FL, Matthew Phelps (Sherrie) of Bellevue, ID and Craig Phelps (Suzette) of Millville, UT; and his siblings, Evelyn Engebretson of Webster, WI and Edward (Carol) of Danbury, WI. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
