He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Borgestad (Brian); his granddaughters, Brooklynn and Gabby; his close friend Sue Koel; his siblings, Linda Kolnberger (Dick), Patti Peyer (Mike), Tom Patterson, John Patterson (Donna), Matthew Patterson (late Diane), Mark Patterson and Midge Jackson (Joel); Laura Violet (late Steve), Lisa Lawrence, Julie Peterson (Rick), Amy Karpenske (Joe) and AnnaMae Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
