We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2021, at the age of 69, Diann Louise Crook (Amery, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pittman and Grace "Hoff" Pittman; her husband Jerry "J. C."; and her siblings, Bonita "Bonnie" Jarvinen, Georgian "Jo" Maybach and Charlene "Char" Dobosz.

She is survived by: her close friend Marvin E Anderson Jr.; and her brother Vic Pittman. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
