She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Chock (Debra), Carla Hatella (Mark), David Chock (Julie), Barbara Schultz and Scott Chock (Jodie); her siblings' children, Erica Hatella, Kayla Hatella, Amanda Hatella, Phylicia Schmidt (Joe), Crysta Chock, Alessia Chock, Derek Chock (Rachel), David Schultz, Jonathon Schultz (Tiffany) and Matthew Schultz (Jessica); and her godchildren, Austin and Courtney Moltzer. She is also survived by her siblings, nieces and nephews.
