He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Scott, Tim, Debbie Ace (Ryan) and Mike; his siblings, Judy Ponton, Thomas Holtus, Linda Andrews and Marion Sample; and his brothers-in-law, Kurt Brooks (Sue) and Gary Brooks (Candy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
