He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Nicholson (II) and Norma Nicholson; his wife Lee Nicholson (Bassett); and also Boots. He is survived by: his children, Michael Edward Nicholson (Kim), Lisa Opsal (Royce) and Barbara Girgen (Shawn); his brothers, Robert Nicholson (Sharon) and Richard Nicholson; his grandchildren, Breann Nicholson, Brandy Nicholson, Nick Gresafe (Missy), Garrett Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Ryan Girgen (Margo), Dylan Girgen, Courtney Opsal (Ryan) and Tyler Opsal (Faith); his great grandchildren, Ryan (Cianna), Anthony, Giovanni, Michael, Hannah, James, Alaiya, Hudson and Taylor; and his great great grandchild Angelo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and many special life-long friends.
