She was predeceased by : her parents, Park McMeekin and Lauretta McMeekin (Friedl); her sister Patricia Mahowald (LeRoy); and her nephew Matthew Mahowald. She is survived by : her nieces, Gretchen Haws (Loras) of Kilkenny and Jennifer Kaiser (Ron) of Linton; her nephew Christopher Mahowald of Mankato, Minn.; and her close friends, Eleanor Hoerman of Antigo and Tina Theisen of Antigo. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
