He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Fischer (Taft); and his aunt Ann. He is survived by: his father Robert Fischer; his wife Dawn Fischer; his children, Jason Fischer (Molly), Jeremy Fischer, AnnaMay Broberg and Samuel Broberg; his grandchildren, Landen and Zaiyn; his mother-in-law Judy Krogfoss; and also Robert Fischer. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law as well as his nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family of Alan Fischer.
