He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sarla Devi and Om Prakash Tannan; his wife Ashi (India); his sons, Neil (Mani) and Jay (Hardeep); his siblings, Subhash, Asha and Dilip; and his grandchildren, Arya, Diran, Dilan, Sajan and Jovin. He was also cherished by grandkids, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, family and friends.
He loved volunteering at the Salvation Army, numerous marathons, and other charity events – usually among the first ones there and the last ones to leave.
