He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Matheys and Grace Matheys (Pigeon); his siblings, Shirley Cayemberg, Doris Dart and Henry Jr.; and his mother-in-law Marie Gudex.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly J. Gudex; his close friends, Rusty and Breeze; his sisters, Rosemary Wavrunek (Ed) and Marlene Loberger (Lee); and his stepdaughters, Carrie Jo Gottschalk and Wendy Jo Arts (Bob). He is also survived by step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
