He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Uitenbroek and Mary E. Uitenbroek (Sprangers); his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Caroline Fields; his brothers, Denis, Claude, Donald, Jerome, Paul and Mark Uitenbroek; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine, Janice and Eleanor Uitenbroek.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Fields; his son Jeffrey Uitenbroek (Catherine); his grandson Andrew; his daughter Patricia Bauer (Lyle); his grandchild Camron; his great grandchild Paige; his son Clifford P. Uitenbroek (Christine); his granddaughters, Jessica and Molly; his son Thomas Uitenbroek; his grandchild Shayne; his brother Joseph Uitenbroek; his sisters-in-law, Irene, Ruth, Lynn and Donna Uitenbroek; his sister Bernice; and his brother-in-law Jerry Cops.
