With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Collins of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nack and Bernice Nack; and her siblings-in-law, LuAnn Vander Zanden, Bob and Jack Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Collins; her daughters, Jill Arnoldussen, Beth Reed (Randall) and Patti Fouts (Ben); her grandchildren, Matt (Brooke), Seth, Sam, Rachel, Lilie, Spencer, Lucie, Aubrey and Ellie; her brothers, Bill Nack (Cindy), Gary Nack (Kathi) and Jeffery Nack; and her siblings-in-law, Barb, JoAnn Collins and Ken Vander Zanden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
