He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Azzi and Frank Azzi. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Melissa Azzi Swamy, Peter Azzi, Kevin Lee of Tampa and Jose Garcia of Cleveland, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Lilly Jean Azzi, Eliza Rose Azzi, Violet Helen Swamy, Jay Dominic Swamy and Demiah Jones.
