He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette A. Davis; his daughter Deborah; and his daughter-in-law Carla. He is survived by: his children, Terry Putnam, Jerald Earl (Paula), David Earl II, Anthony Earl and Tracy Earl (Tatiana); and his extended family, Dan Oskar, Gene Reed and Paul Eldridge Jr. David. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
The family will be setting up a memorial fund and requests that gifts be sent to Westgor funeral home in Neenah.
