We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2021, at the age of 86, Donna Mae Hayes of Appleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Locke and Lila Meredith (Knaack) of Appleton; her husband David Hayes (Lee); her sister Darlene Olds; and her sister-in-law Patsy Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Landree (Ken) and Wendy Hayes; her granddaughter Jordana Decker (Brock); her brothers, Dennis Meredith, Dan Meredith and David Bloomer (Sharon); her sisters-in-law, Judy Santi (Denny), Sharee Vandenberg (Deke) and Connie Hayes; and her niece Stacie Dietzen. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
