He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Dorn; his children, Terry Otto (Judy), Jim Otto (Sharon), Mark Otto (Alicia), Joe Otto, Lisa Schilcher (Tom), Lynn Andres (Peter), Lori Dibbs (Rick), John Otto, Kelli Hildebrand (Dave) and David Otto; his siblings, Chuck Otto (Marlene), Marlene Schroeder, Mike Otto (Shirley) and Steve Otto (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Dorn and Charlotte Koerner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
