Gayle M. Kukulka Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle M. Kukulka of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Kirk Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Barry Kukulka; her children, Troy Kukulka and Meagan Kukulka; her parents, Earl Thompson and Helen Thompson of Kaukauna; and her sisters, Linda Thompson-Chlon of Boise, Shelley Hunnel of Baton Rouge, Leslie Clem of Greeley and Kimberly Thompson of Crowley Lake. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in Gayle's name are appreciated.
