It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Schmeckpeper of Appleton, Wisconsin, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schmeckpeper and Helen Schmeckpeper (Bothe); his wife Daphne "Dolly" (Kennocott); and his siblings, Wilbert, Vernon Schmeckpeper and Myrtle Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Schmeckpeper (Ruth) of Appleton, GeriAnn Hanson (Dave) of Fountain, MN, Roxanne Tienor (Jeff) of Suring and Ronda Andersen (Justin) of Spring Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Katie Behnke (Joe), Rebekah Koepsell (Joshua), Jay Tienor (Jenna), Breanna, Eric Hull, Emory, Khloe, Angelina Andersen and Fox Andersen; his great grandchildren, Nick, Zach Behnke, Jaxton Tienor and Oliver Koepsell; his sisters, Alice Holter and Arlene Terlson; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Schmeckpeper, Cheryl Greeno and George Haviland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
