He is survived by: his wife Carole Werner; his children, Leigh Ann Thern (Victor), David Hoffman (Katrina), Eric Hoffman and Adam Hoffman (Angie); his grandchildren, Tori Klein (Robert), Ellyn Schroeder (Trevor), Sydney Thern (Derek Peat), Samuel Thern, Kristjian Hoffman (Alyssa Hilker), Noah Hoffman, Dylan, Brooke, Matthew Hoffman, Kahli Hoffman (Desi), Zarek, Blaizden, Draven, Vanden, Cashten and Randen Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Halo, Capri, Birdie Klein, Oliver Schroeder, Zayden and Jazlynn Hoffman.
