He was predeceased by: his parents, Altia Biggs and Mabel Biggs (Heiderman); and his siblings, Melvin, Lloyd, Ralph, Robert, Velma and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Biggs (Seefeld); his children, David Biggs (Sarah) and Renee Swinford (Curtis); his grandchildren, Amanda, Olivia, Rachel and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Owen, Josie, Ivan, Melainey, Eli, June and Beaumont; and his siblings, Ivan and Irene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
