He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Greg (Shele), Scott (Carol), Chrysta (Todd), Chad (Terri) and Matt (Mandy); and his grandchildren, Camron, Collin, Kyra, Justin, Derek, Andrew and TJ. He is also survived by 12 siblings, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
