She was predeceased by: her brother Earl; and her parents, Clarence W. Schuette and Lenora Schuette. She is survived by: her close friend Ardis Ohlinger; her nephew Jamie; her siblings, Clarence (Dona), Allen (Karen) and Carol Elbert (Bill); and her sister-in-law Jean. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews and their spouses, eight great nieces and three great nephews.
