She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Thorson and Julie Thorson (Gregerson); her husband Virgil L. Neuman; her daughter Julane; and her siblings, Austin, Williard, Russell Thorson, Rose De Long and Gladys Jacobson.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Rebecca), Diane Hebert (Rick), Sheila Rusch (Dean), Holly Lucht (Charlie), Charles (Elizabeth) and Wendy Tolliver (Mike); her grandchildren, Eric, Sarah, Michael, Anthony, Charlene, William, Cara, Emily and Samuel; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Caroline, Ethan, Gwyneth, Wyatt, Chloe, Laila, Selene, David and Giada.
What an outstanding teacher, most especially in the area of providing a solid academic foundation for countless first through sixth grade students.
