She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Keen (Lipke). She is survived by: her father Raymond Keen; her husband Bill Smith; her siblings, Joan Keen (John Oliver), Mike Keen (Vicki), Monty Keen (Colleen Eronson) and Jeff Keen (Chasidy); and her nieces and nephews, Micah, Timothy, Nathaniel, Bethany, Sarah, DeAnna, Sydney, Seth and Paul. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
