She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Sheridan and John Kuban; her husband Robert Brouillard; and her siblings, Daniel Sheridan, Phil Wallace and Dana Melito.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Rylee; her sons, Jarrett Ward (Lynn) of Appleton and Justin (Shandel Huffman) of Appleton; her grandsons, Maxwell Ward and Samuel Ward; her brothers, Jeff Kuban (Kim) of Boston, Glenn Kuban of Neenah and Kenny Kuban; and her nieces and nephews, Jillian Wallace, Ashley Melito, Elizabeth Sheridan, Lindsey Kuban, Jeff Kuban Jr., Glenn Kuban Jr., Daniel Kuban Jr. and Zach Kuban.
