It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Foegen of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Paul A. Foegen; and his parents-in-law, Art and Shirley Strong. He is survived by: his mother Mary Foegen (Kneip); his wife Kelly Strong; his son Paul Foegen (Deidra) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Amara, Auggi and Arya; his daughter Lauren Foegen; and his brothers, Keith Foegen (Lynn) and Pat Foegen (Nancy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, PLEASE vote Republican.
