He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Margaret Zuelsdorf and Lester Jacobs; his aunt Diana Jacobs; and his uncle Mike Bunnell.
He is survived by: the father of his child Kaeston; his parents, Linda and Steve Zuelsdorf; his brother Mark; his grandmother Delores Jacobs; his aunts and uncles, Bill, Pam Roche, Cindy Jacobs, Brenda Jacobs, Marsha, Mike Hughes, Don Jacobs (Darlene), Janice Van Linn, Jeannie Poole, Linda Bunnell, Tami and Steve Windgate; and also Kaeston Zuelsdorf.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Kurt.
