He was predeceased by: his parents, Johan Loberg and Luella Loberg (Johnson); his wife Marilyn Rose Bobbe; his grandson Cole Loberg; and his brother Lowell Loberg.

He is survived by: his children, Bruce Loberg (Cindy) of Winneconne, WI, Susan Loberg-Aulwes (Pat) of Greenville, WI and David Loberg (Kathy) of Berthoud, CO; his grandchildren, Ashley Marquardt (Dan), Britta Wing (Travis), Sarah Loberg, Amy Payan (Abraham), Lindsey Loberg (Justin Distel), Megan Loberg (Andrew Tucker) and Johan Aulwes; and his great grandchildren, Cora, Keegan Marquardt, Audrey and Lukas Wing.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
