With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Van Daalwyk of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Van Daalwyk; his brother Dave Van Daalwyk; and his niece Jacki. He is survived by: his mother Cecilia Van Daalwyk (Butler); his children, Chad Van Daalwyk (The), Sarah Davis (Travis Arneson) and Brian Van Daalwyk (Ashley); his grandchildren, Anthony, Sam, Isabella, Jacob of Layla, RJ and Lyric; and his siblings, Kathy Voster (Mike), Pat, John (Nancy), Mary and Bill Van Daalwyk (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
