She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rudolph Trauba and Minnie Trauba (Baur); her former husband Gerald Arens; her husband Virgil "Perk" Persons; her children, Thomas Arens (Joy), Kathleen Uecker, Mary Jo Hansel (Tom) and Annette Arens (Dennis "Carp" Carpenter); her grandchildren, Kimberlee Eaton (JJ), Gina Rohs (Joe), Patrick Arens (Kelly), Corrie Budrick and Michelle Leary (Nick); her stepchildren, Steve Persons (Jean), Shirley Lemke (Steve), Linda Persons, Terry Persons, Carol Sauder (Scott), Susan Persons, Ken Persons and Sandy Schapekahm; her son Timothy Arens; her siblings, Celestine "Sally" Hein (Lloyd), Norana Lisi (Tom) and Gerald Trauba (Leona); her son-in-law Dale Uecker; her grandson-in-law Jason Uecker; and her siblings, Richard (Colleen), George (Mary), Adrian (Virginia) and Mary Steudel (Bob). She was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
