She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Jage and Viola Lohrbach; her husband Harold; her daughter Deb Radtke; and her grandson Kevin Haase.
She is survived by: her son Gary Radtke (Leanne); her grandchildren, Brent Radtke (Miranda), Mark Radtke (Yiri) and Wes Radtke (Jenni); her son Mike Radtke (Colleen); her grandchildren, Anthony Radtke (Holly) and Alicia Zuleger (Joe); her great grandchildren, Dax, Lucy, Sophia, Mason, Brayden, Karrisa, Brett, Grant, Kaylin, Trenton, Addilyn, Cole, Ella, Adrianna, Rolena, Violet and Halle; and her brothers, Allen Lohrbach (Nancy) and Rich Lohrbach (Jeanne).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
