He is survived by: his children, Anne Bullock (Randall), Nathan, Ian, Emma, Susan Sanderfoot (Rick), Thomas (Clare), Nicole, Matthew (Kenna), Christopher Rendall (Julie), Zachary (Sara) and Adam; his sister Cynthia Bronold; and his brother-in-law David Evans.
